The story behind AI for Operators

Hi, I'm David Winterling.

I run Experience Weeki, a boutique vacation rental company here in the Tampa Bay area. A few years ago I was buried in the same repetitive work every operator knows — guest messages, checkout reminders, lead follow-up — hours a week that never seemed to shrink no matter how organized I got.

So I started building automations to handle it myself. Nothing fancy, just practical fixes wrapped around the way I already ran things. The first time a guest got an instant reply at 11pm without me touching my phone, I was hooked.

That's the whole reason AI for Operators exists. I'm not a software company selling you a platform — I'm an operator who figured out how to get hours back, and now I build the same kind of practical automation for other small business owners who'd rather run their business than manage more tech.
