Why pavers

Built for Florida driveways, patios, and pool decks

Pavers are the top choice for Tampa homeowners upgrading their outdoor space, for three practical reasons.

01 / Curb appeal

Fresh for the long haul

Pavers hold their color and texture far longer than poured concrete, with patterns and finishes chosen to complement your home.

02 / Durability

Handles heavy loads

Interlocking pavers distribute weight instead of cracking under it — built to take daily vehicle traffic without failing.

03 / Low maintenance

Made for this climate

Properly installed and sealed pavers stand up to Florida heat, rain, and humidity with minimal upkeep year-round.

Popular paver types

Choose the material that fits your project

Concrete brick

Most popular

Comes in many colors and one-, three-, or four-size interlocking L or T patterns. The most budget-friendly option.

Natural stone

Custom, natural look

Typically a six-size French pattern with real depth and variation. We source through several Tampa stone suppliers, most along Anderson Road.

Travertine

Premium & pool-ready

Slip-resistant and stays cooler underfoot — a favorite for pool decks — at roughly three to five times the cost of concrete.

How it works

Three steps from first call to finished pavers

Because the work happens in a fixed order — quote, design, install — the steps below reflect that real sequence.

Installation

Our team installs to spec — about 2 days for a driveway or patio, 2–3 days for pool decks.

Paver repair

Easier to fix than any other surface

Most damage comes from a handful of common causes — root pressure, settling, or staining — and pavers can usually be corrected by replacing just the affected sections.

Lifting pavers Root protrusions Sinking pavers Hard water stains Oil / rust stains

We identify the underlying cause first — cutting roots, leveling the base, water-jetting to find voids, or precision cleaning to remove stains — for a repair that actually lasts.

Cleaning & sealing

Maintenance that protects the investment

We recommend cleaning and resealing pavers every one to two years. Clean prep is what makes a sealant hold — so our equipment is built for it.

8 GPM Pressure washer flow (vs. ~4 typical)
220° Integrated water heater

A diffusing hover-cover nozzle strips old sealant, mold, mildew, algae, oil, and grease at lower pressure — without stripping the paver's top layer. Then we apply a top-tier sealant to preserve the internal aggregate and block water penetration.

FAQ

Common questions about paver work

How long does paver installation take?

Most driveways and patios take about two days. Pool decks typically take two to three days, depending on size and pattern.

How often should pavers be cleaned and resealed?

We recommend cleaning and resealing every one to two years to protect against mold, algae, stains, and water penetration.

Can you repair pavers lifted by tree roots?

Yes — this is one of our most common repairs in neighborhoods with mature oak canopies, like Carrollwood, Hunter's Green, and Tampa Palms. We cut the roots and relevel the base for a lasting fix.

What's the difference between concrete, stone, and travertine pavers?

Concrete brick is the most affordable, with many colors and interlocking patterns. Stone adds a natural look with more size variation. Travertine is a premium, slip-resistant, cooler-underfoot option popular for pool decks, at roughly three to five times the cost of concrete.
